For us at The Crown, the start of a new year means celebrating how this unique moment in the calendar brings us all together. And in this spirit, our team has been working hard to develop a new menu, always with the classics that The Crown is known for and with one theme running through it all: simplicity.
We can’t wait to spend another year together!

IN THE GLASS
The Scottish answer to the Manhattan. Expertly crafted with vermouth, bitters, and Aberfeldy Single Malt, the simplicity of this cocktail really allows the whisky to shine through whilst still being a rich, smoky and lush drink.
Enjoy it throughout the month or at the start of our Burns Night menu.
Farewell to Game
We have put together a four-course menu featuring produce from Windsor Estate and further afield to celebrate the delights of British game and bid farewell to the season. Starting with Rabbit and Black Pudding Pressing, we move onto our starters with Smoked Pigeon Breast and Slow-cooked Venison as a main. Our celebratory dinner is rounded off with Dark Chocolate Marquise. A wonderful wine flight will be available to purchase on the evening, which will complement the dishes.
The 25th of January is a special day in the Scottish calendar, as celebrations featuring traditional food and music break out to celebrate the life of the country’s greatest poet: Robert Burns. We will host a classic supper featuring haggis, whisky, and everything in between.
